You will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement of the federal states (TV-L) or the collective agreement for doctors (TV-Ärzte ZfP) and will receive a fair salary, an annual special payment and a variety of monetary bonuses.

We also support you with childcare. The Lindenbühl crèche on the grounds of the ZfP Reichenau offers all-day care for children aged between six months and three years.
During the Easter and summer holidays, we organise holiday care for children aged six to twelve.
Full-time employees at ZfP Reichenau work 38.5 hours per week and doctors 42 hours per week. Thanks to our digital time recording system, any overtime worked is not lost, but is compensated by us in the form of time off.
As we know how important relaxation and recuperation are, we offer all our employees 30 days' holiday and, in many areas, additional time off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. All professional groups with direct, close contact with mentally ill patients are also entitled to additional leave.
