As a social worker at ZfP Reichenau, you are an important interface between the medical field, nursing and patients and their relatives. You make an important contribution to ensuring that our patients receive exactly the help they need in addition to psychiatric treatment.
In your role, you will provide counselling on psychosocial and socio-legal matters - always with the aim of providing those affected with tailored support in their respective life situation. This includes, for example, questions on financial and professional issues, help with self-help, the arrangement of rehabilitative treatment options and information on further treatment options. They work closely and trustingly with our doctors and nursing staff and regularly take part in ward meetings.

In order to provide our patients with the best possible treatment, we use a variety of therapy programmes from different disciplines in our psychiatric care. From occupational therapy to art therapy, music therapy and various body-oriented therapies - we offer you a wide range of opportunities to contribute and develop your skills.
Together with our multi-professional teams, you will design individually tailored therapy programmes and thus contribute to improving the skills and resources of our patients.
The aim of the specialised therapies at ZfP Reichenau is to promote the mental, creative, physical and social abilities of those affected and to help them achieve greater independence, competence and opportunities for expression in their everyday lives.
