Building relationships, providing care, nurturing with words and deeds, accompanying in everyday life and supporting in difficult situations - that is the task of our carers. As a carer, you make an essential contribution in the various facilities of the ZfP Reichenau.
The work involves caring for and looking after adults, the elderly, addicts, mentally impaired people or people with psychoses. You will always work hand in hand with the medical department.

With our trainee programme, we not only prepare all newcomers optimally for a job in the field of psychiatric nursing, but also make it easier for them to network professionally and personally on site.
In addition, we offer a wide range of further and advanced training opportunities in the field of nursing, such as de-escalation courses, emergency training, seminars on the application of nursing processes in practice and much more. Each ward has its own training budget for this purpose. akademie südwest also offers many digital options for further training that is independent of location and time.

The wards and departments at ZfP Reichenau are managed on a dual basis, i.e. one medical and one nursing specialist form the management level together. They coordinate with each other, make overarching decisions together and are the point of contact for employees.
