Your tasks
- Assisting with the psychosocial support of residents in the residential care unit
- Providing support with social administration and social law issues
- Helping to organise daily routines and work, activity and leisure programmes
- Taking part in team meetings, handover sessions, case discussions and supervision sessions
- Documentation and reflection on social work processes
What you bring
- Place on a degree programme or enrolment at DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen (Social Work)
- An interest in psychiatric social work in residential and care settings
- Empathy, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to engage in self-reflection and professional development
- A reliable and structured approach to work
