Your tasks
- Social support and assistance for in-patient and day-care patients
- Team-based, multi-professional collaboration
- Active involvement of people from the patients’ personal circle
- Collaboration with carers from other institutions, authorities, etc.
- Covering for staff in the clinic and outpatient department
What you bring
- A passion for and interest in working with people who suffer from acute or chronic mental health conditions
- A good knowledge of social welfare law or a willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Curiosity, openness and reliability
- Imagination and creativity to maintain hope even in difficult situations
- A degree in Social Work
