Your tasks

  • Independent social care provision for people in the Singen area
  • Leading role in outreach treatment equivalent to inpatient care (STÄB), supplemented by outpatient care
  • Working as part of a multi-professional team (doctors, psychologists, nurses, social therapists) at the Singen Psychiatric Treatment Centre (PBZ Singen)
  • Willingness to work flexibly and to carry out outreach work

What you bring

  • A degree in social work
  • Experience of working with people with mental health conditions
  • Ability and enthusiasm for working independently and taking personal responsibility
  • Class B driving licence for outreach work
