Your tasks

  • Practical day-to-day support for clients regarding assistance services in their own home and community (AWS)
  • Working within the Social Psychiatric Service and the Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic (PIA)
  • Working as part of a multi-professional team in Radolfzell and at the GPZ in Konstanz
  • Willingness to work flexibly and to carry out outreach work

What you bring

  • A degree in social work or a comparable field
  • Experience of working with people with mental health conditions
  • Ability and enthusiasm for working independently and taking personal responsibility
  • A Class B driving licence for outreach work
