Your tasks

• Collaboration in a multi-professional nursing and therapeutic team
• Independent work within the framework of the cross-professional caregiver system
• Shaping relationships with patients and providing them with holistic care
• Design and implementation of individual and group programmes
• Competent guidance and support in everyday life and in crisis situations
