Your tasks

  • Working as part of a multi-professional nursing and therapeutic team
  • Working independently within the framework of the cross-professional key-person system
  • Building relationships with patients and providing them with holistic care
  • Planning and delivering individual and group programmes
  • Providing expert guidance and support in everyday life and in crisis situations
