Your tasks

  • Support and care for clients in "special housing schemes under SGB IX"
  • ICF-based support and participation services to maintain and promote life skills
  • Integration and overall planning meetings
  • Computer-based documentation, service recording and reporting
  • Shift work

What you bring

  • Professional experience in psychiatry, rehabilitation or general medicine is desirable
  • Skills in communication and collaboration
  • Professional management of long-term relationship-building processes
  • Class B driving licence
  • Experience of working with people with mental health conditions (desirable but not essential)
