Your tasks
- Therapeutic care under SGB IX and personalised support for people with chronic mental health conditions based on the ICF
- Practical, everyday support focused on participation, skills training and crisis intervention
- Primary care coordination, overall planning, documentation and reporting
- Supervision of support staff, undertaking shift management and organisational duties
- Shift work
What you bring
- A completed three-year vocational qualification in healthcare or social care, or a degree
- Knowledge of psychiatric conditions and their impact on social participation
- Skills in the areas of communication and cooperation
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships in a professional manner
- Class B driving licence
