We are looking for “Specialist Care and Integration Staff (m/f/d) under SGB IX” for the Specialised Residential Facilities (BWF) in Reichenau, Allensbach and Radolfzell, as well as for support services in people’s own homes and communities (AWS) for those with chronic mental health conditions.

Your tasks

• Therapeutic care under SGB IX and personalised support for people with chronic mental health conditions based on the ICF
• Practical, everyday support focused on participation, skills training and crisis intervention
• Primary care coordination, overall planning, documentation and reporting
• Supervision of support staff, undertaking shift management and organisational duties
• Shift work

What you bring

• A completed three-year vocational qualification in healthcare or social care, or a degree
• Knowledge of psychiatric conditions and their impact on social participation
• Skills in the areas of communication and cooperation
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships in a professional manner
• Class B driving licence
