Your tasks
- Learning about psychiatric care, patient observation and documentation
- Integration and collaboration within a multi-professional team comprising nursing staff, doctors and therapists
- Basic nursing tasks and learning therapeutic care in accordance with guidelines and standards
- Willingness to take part in language, exam preparation and knowledge-based courses with the aim of successfully having your foreign nursing qualification recognised
What you bring
- Foreign nursing qualification (degree or vocational training)
- German language skills at B2 level
- A current notice of deficiencies or confirmation of receipt from the Regional Office in Stuttgart regarding the recognition procedure for nursing professionals in Baden-Württemberg
- Ability to work as part of a team, willingness to integrate, empathy and reliability
What we offer you
- Weekly working hours: 38.5 hours per week
- Annual leave: 30 days
- Up to 2 days’ additional annual leave
- Support throughout the qualification recognition process and with integration
