Your tasks

• Independent organisation of work processes according to the dual management principle together with the therapeutic management
• Ward and personnel management based on current concepts
• Observing and adapting existing safety and security aspects
• Ensuring and developing the quality of care
• Interface communication with all departmental and hierarchical levels

What you bring

• Completed training as a carer
• Professional experience in the field of psychiatry and social psychiatry, ideally in forensic psychiatry
• Enjoy therapeutic relationship work with people who have committed offences and an understanding of the situation of forensic clients
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and a sense of responsibility appropriate to the task
• Good balance between team management and team integration
