Your tasks
- Technical and organisational management of the residential areas in consultation with the divisional management
- Management of ICF-based participation services and organisation of care processes
- Staff management and staff deployment planning, including absence management
- Ensuring the cost-effective and professional delivery of services
What you bring
- Training or a degree in healthcare or social care
- Management experience in implementing service agreements
- Competence in and enjoyment of people management
- Organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Class B driving licence
