Your tasks

• Support and treatment care for clients in the "Special forms of housing SGB IX"
• ICF-based assistance and participation services to maintain and promote practical life skills
• Integration and overall planning meetings
• Computerised documentation, service recording and reporting
• Shift work

What you bring

• Professional experience in psychiatry, rehabilitation or somatics desired
• Expertise in the areas of communication and cooperation
• Professional organisation of long-term relationship processes
• Class B driving licence
• Experience in working with mentally ill people (desirable but not a prerequisite)
