Your tasks
- Support and treatment care for clients in the "Special forms of housing SGB IX"
- ICF-based assistance and participation services to maintain and promote practical life skills
- Integration and overall planning meetings
- Computerised documentation, service recording and reporting
- Shift work
What you bring
- Professional experience in psychiatry, rehabilitation or somatics desired
- Expertise in the areas of communication and cooperation
- Professional organisation of long-term relationship processes
- Class B driving licence
- Experience in working with mentally ill people (desirable but not a prerequisite)
